At Pastaria Deli & Wine, we channel the spirit of a neighborhood Italian alimentari—where good food, good wine, and good company come together with ease. Located in Downtown Clayton, our cozy, counter-service spot serves up housemade sandwiches, vibrant salads, and pantry staples alongside an extensive selection of curated natural wines. From the team behind Pastaria, and guided by James Beard Award-winning chef Gerard Craft, the deli is a casual, craveable offshoot where everyday meals are elevated by craftsmanship and care, welcoming guests to grab, linger, and enjoy.
